1. How can I get information after I have paid for the shoes ?
We will e-mail the tracking number to you as soon as possible after we receive the tracking number.
2. When and how can I check on my order status?
Usually, after 3 days you can track your package(s).
3. How do I contact you if I have a question?
We prefer to be contacted by email(see contact us) or by MSN.
4. How long will it take to receive my shoes?
It usually, on average, takes 3-7 business days to receive your order.Sometimes the shoes are delivered faster. Please note that business days do not include holidays or weekends.
5. Do you ship to International locations (any country other than USA and Europe) ?
Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.
6. Can you reserve shoes for me until I can pay for it ?
Yes ,of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week. However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.
How do I order shoes?
1) Send a E-mail to us with the following information: * style + colour of the shoe( Product Name) * Quantity you want * your CONTACT details (Name,Address,zipcode,city,country,email +tel )
2) We will confirm your E-mail and we will request the total amount to be transfered to us. (ALL prices include shipping cost)
3) You can send us money via Bank(Wire Transfer) or via Western Union(very faster).
4) After receiving money, we will send the package to the shipping address(customer). All the shoes are shipped from China !
5) We will send you the tracking number after we ship the shoes.
6) You will get the package within 10days (sometimes it can be delivered faster): it depends where you are located.
7) We would appreciate if you can give feedback after you receive the package.

- We are in no way responsible for any actions of the customs. If your package is held at customs we will attempt to have it released, if not then there is nothing we can do about it and you WILL NOT be offered a refund!
